    In same boat. Was waiting also for some helpfull comments, not many here. Sounds like you too.

    There are some reviews on Google and Youtube fo this drone, sitting In the DJI mini 2 to DJI mini 2 range

    depending on flying quality and/or camera and video footage quality. The reviews do say the fly more combo

    is really good value and at this 20/25% off sale pretty sweet. I am tempted to put a lower offer on, but also

    want to read up more before committing. Personally I would love to have obstacle avoidance for my first drone

    as a bad crash for this price would really hurt me lol.

      id say the DJI Mini 2 SE is a slightly better drone but it's at a higher price point. given this price, the Potensic is better value.

      if you are willing to spend quite a bit more, the best sub 250g drone is the DJI Mini 4 Pro.

  I assume anything dji comparable quality is double the price? Is that worth it for a beginner? It would be used pretty sparsely ….

    Not double. When on sale for a good deal, can get the DJI mini 2 SE fly more combo for $50-$100 more.
