I renewed my membership in May as it was expiring end of the month. I signed up to the membership which comes with 2 free stays. Start of August the app updated and said I now had 3 stays (should have only been 2) and then yesterday it updated again and now says it has 4 free stays.
I don't have my hopes up that it won't correct itself, but would be pretty sweet if they stay on there.

I had to email customer service and they provided a renewal link because their website/app just keep crashing whenever I tried to do it through there.
Are you an existing Accor Plus member from a different region? If so, you might need to email mayalsia to change regions.
Or you could use a different email address and create a new Accor Plus account in Malaysia using a VPN.
I dont think so, although I cant see in the app an obvious place where the number of free stays is displayed for me.
Quickly book/use those 4 free stays before they remove them.

Not worth it anymore. They increased the price almost 50% from last month. Explorer was 1099 MYR last month.
was the 1099 myr for explorer only or explorer plus?
