Most of us are on $40+
New accounts using mobile app have a $15 minimum spend. Then it increases by an arbitrary amount the next time you shop again.
My account for e.g started off with $15 min spend, but on the second time I shopped it was $35/$39, but when I checked today it's now $50.
So if you want a lower minimum spend each time you shop, make a new account and only shop thru the app.
The Chatbot doesn't appear to waive the Min spend anymore — you can still try, but after it's initial popularity I think it's safe to say the hack has been Ozbargained.
Same, this is why I create new accounts on mobile to get the $15 minimum spend.
Sorry OP they patched the removal of the min. spend a month or 2 back. This is rolling out world-wide.
This worked for me: placed an order above the minimum order, then cancelled some of the items. The rest still got shipped
I changed my mind after buying some stuffs last week, so cancelled the most expensive item, and the order was just $7, but Temu still shipped it like normal. Received my refund for the cancelled item
You can ask to reduce the order limits by chat. But it'll only work once.
When I did this, my minimum order amount dropped to something like $20. The next order, it was a minimum of $50.
They won't reduce it again, under the guise of being environmentally friendly.
