Inspect the certificates on the sites in your browser. You'll see that they have the same public key and they were issued only a few seconds apart from each other.
I'm assuming that there's just two registered URLs hosting the same site with two different names so that people of both languages can find it.

I applied through the first one last year.. No issues

If they've been linked from smart traveler then they're probably both fine

    Which one is legitimate?

Why can't they both be legitimate?

    • Or both illegitimate?

điều đó có ý nghĩa. chúc mừng

        • I can't stop laughing :))))

  • be caution

  • if it's gov.vn, then you are all good.

  • In the past I have gotten it from the first link.

But it appears both links point to the same server, and are both .gov.vn, so it just looks like they are adapting and using an English URL to prevent confusions, but then having both active doesn't really work in that sense.

  • You should use the first link!

  • Which one is legitimate?

Specimen Martin may not be ;)

They're both on the same server, 42.112.168.115. One domain is in English and the other Vietnamese.
