Logitech MX Master 3 Mouse User. 70% Work, 30% Gaming. Recommend Me a Better Mouse?

I'm an MX Master 3 mouse user, where 70% of my time is used working (love the side scroll wheel in Excel spreadsheets) and 30% gaming (bit too heavy). Is there a better mouse out there for me?

Nope. MX Master 3 trumps all for productivity unless you have a specific alternative need (vertical/ball).

    use 2 mice

    • This is what I've resorted to. I've bought a cheap Kogan wired mouse for when I need to up my DPI but was kinda hoping to avoid this. First world problems, I know.

the Logitech G502 HERO (wired) or G502 LIGHTSPEED (wireless) is an okay gaming mouse but I've found it quite good for productivity because it still has a frictionless scroll wheel (similar to the MX series), dedicated DPI buttons, side coast mousewheel and thumb buttons.

Adjustable weight too. I used to like the wired G502 (affordable) but nowadays prefer smaller and lighter mice.

        • My exact setup. MX Master 3 for work, G502 Lightspeed for personal use.

      use 2 mice

      One for each hand…

  • MX Master is the king of spreadsheets. Unless you intend to do some 3D modeling/CAD then Razer Naga Hyperspeed would be superior.

  • Get a G305 when it hits below $40, keep the dongle plugged in and just turn on and use the mouse when you start gaming

    Mx master 4
