I reported an incident of Coles missing / faulty item from delivery, and received a sms for a refund in credit had been processed and will be credited to my account. This means to be able to applying when I spend over the credit amount. However I haven't seen the credit in my account during checkout stage after nearly 2 days.
Wondering if someone had similar experience that can tell how long usually for the credit to be reflected in the Coles online account?
