Trying to buy some tools from all the guys offloading their redemption items.
I know ebay normally has 20% off sales every now and again, does anyone know the rough schedule as I believe they do it intermittently on a regular basis.

Usually, you don't get that kind of discount from personal accounts. You are seeing 20% discount from shops/big sellers because they co-fund the discount.
Indeed. I've sold ~2500 items on eBay yet have never had any of my items listed in 20% off sales.
Is it worth messaging them asking to meet up with cash for cheaper?
If eBay notices you're sharing email, phone, or address details via the messaging system the seller could get their account effected because it looks like you're trying to avoid eBay fees.

10% off with the current After Pay offer is probably as good as you're going to get with random eBay sellers.
It will be the day after the 15% sale where you made a big purchase because you were sick of waiting for a 20% sale.
I did actually, 15% on the zip discount. Was good enough lol.
