Anyone Here Bought a Coffee Grinder from Casa Espresso in Melbourne?

I bought a new Eureka Mignon Specialita from Casa Espresso in Melbourne a few days ago and it just arrived. I unboxed it and it is covered in greasy fingerprints and coffee grounds.

I'm trying to work out if I was just delivered a pre-owned grinder, or if they ground some coffee to test it and the person doing so gave zero sh!ts about presentation of a new product being sent to a customer.

UPDATE
I got a response from Casa Espresso who said they had it sent direct from a supplier and it was meant to be brand new.
They are sending a return label and sending me a new unit.

      I have asked them. I am waiting on a reply. I know there are a lot of coffeesnobs here so my thinking was I might get a response here in shorter time on whether it was common practice.

    I've bought a few coffee grinders and they've always been tested by suppliers prior to shipping. Niche Zero and Eureka Atom

    Not from Casa Espresso but my experience with another retailer was similar. Everything was properly sealed so I put it down to testing.
