It was perfectly fine one minute, I put it down and the next it won't power on.
I've tried taking battery out and putting it in, plugging in the charger, connecting via USB, shouting at it, hard reset and tapping on the phone lightly. Also tried different chargers.
It shows no signs of life, no LED lights up, completely dead. I haven't installed any custom updates on the phone, I'm just the average user.
I've only had the phone for 2 months, got it from Kogan and I've emailed them as well. Any ideas or did I just get a dud? This is grounds for warranty right? Anybody have experience with Kogan's warranty?
My friend had a slight problem with his phone from Kogan. He returned the phone to them (dont think they did anything to it) but they checked it out and sent it back saying no fault showed up.
Your phone does not work … send it back and they will send you a replacement. Let us know how you get on.
