Yeah 1000mg of fish oil usually contains like 300/100mg of EPA/DHA, so these are somewhat higher quality fish oil.
Edit: confirmed 1000mg not 1500mg.

The strength is slightly lower than local triple fish oil (500 vs 600 EPA, 250 vs 300 DHA), but the current price doesn't offer any value.

I believe there's a lot of difference in quality between brands when it comes to fish oil.
Now Foods brand is seemingly well established and at least appears to be independently tested, while with Healthy Care I'm not so sure.

How do they compare to the Swisse ones?
Can't speak for quality of actual ingredients. But this is American supplement - of which is not regulated (as in the can over promise on quality, or inappropriate concentration). Where as local Aussie retail brands like Swisse is regulated so the supplement may be less potent, safer to use longer term.
Not saying it's a deal breaker (there are people that hate gov for every reason) but for some people that layer of governance matters.
I thought that you needed to buy the refrigerated ones from your local health food store and not the room temperature ones?

not sure how this is a deal? 1000 is kind of normal for fish oil isnt it? there's much better price for 1000 locally for way more than 180, maybe im missing something here.
