good deal for pre-lubed linear switches. I'm currently using these switches on GMMK PRO and they feel very smooth to type on.

Pre-lubed at factory by individuals with years of experiences, some of the most popular Akko CS switches are now offered with the lubed option using Krytox GPL105 and Krytox GPL-205 G0 as lubricants.

Akko lubed switches for mechanical keyboards are thin-lubed that shall effectively reduce ping for average users and maintain fast actuations. More and thick lubes can be applied afterwards by individual user based on personal preference.

Matcha Green 50gf Linear Switch – The 50gf actuation force for Matcha Green mechanical switch is heavier than Rose Red and is a great option for users who are in favor of smooth linear switches but prefer stronger feedback and deeper sound.

Built-in LED Slot – Akko CS switches for mx mechanical keyboards are equipped with LED slot ready for LED Mod/Assembly, and are SMD compatible (LED underneath the switch).

Should probably incude in title $26.99 is for 45 switches

Comes out to $0.60 per switch, worth it IMO for pre-lubed switches (unless you like suffering aka hand-lubing all your switches)

Sounds like a great job. I have many years experience with lube.

Yep, repetition when lubing is key, it can take a few goes to know how much lube to apply. Practice makes perfect ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

        • I keep falling asleep. What can I do?

      It's included in the title.

Yes, I commented before scrimshaw added it to the title 20mins after my comment :)

Bought the yellows and blues yesterday to finally complete my 3+ years build in the making!!

    • Different switches in the same keyboard?

      • +1

        Not uncommon.

        Personally,
My pinkie fingers arent as strong as my index fingers, so I like a lighter spring on that row, plus I like to have HUGE spring rates on keys like Win, delete and insert. 3 keys I don't like pressing accidentally.

Nah grabbed two packs of each so I can swap around and try em both

    • 3+ years build in the making!!

damn you just indecisive or were you waiting on a group buy lmao

2 years for gmk botanical then a few months to find a keyboard (monsgeek from an ozbargain deal) and now the switches. Funny/sad because by the time the keycaps came I'd gotten over mechanical keyboards…

    • on which keyboard?

These are crap. Dont waste your money

Thats a shame, their Jelly Purples are brilliant.

What part needs work on the greens?

    • what's about them? were they pre-lubed?

      • +1

Yeah thats why I bought them when they first came out. But they feel crap and sound crap. There is so much better pre lubed switches at the same price point now and they really have improved the housings.

        • like which switches?

@wheresmymoney: I picked up 90 BSun Hornet and Tomcat for $56 in total, 90 gateron pro ultra glory for $42. Gateron dual rails lunar are great but expensive. They cost $90 for 105.
Gateron is selling direct too now. Make sure yo ubuy from gateron.com not the .co site. I think the .co is a fake.
Subscribe to kprepublic on discord. They do weekly specials for new product with coupons to use in their aliexpress store. Makes it really cheap to get new switches and other bits

Definitely not a good deal. These used to be around $19 RRP delivered and can be had for around ~$13 when it was on sale. Its expensive now because this is the old version and are not sold anymore…
Heres the one that replaced that for $20

    • Those are non-lubed version

  • Looks to be an ok price based on their recent prices - but have been cheaper I think.

They’re really nice switches imo; use them in my abm066 alice

    • I got these for $29 couple years back.

These are decent but the deal is nothing special. Prelubed switches go as low as $0.25 per switch these days. For example, the keychron K pro switches are $30 for a pack of 110 switches. I also recently got a 90 pack of prelubed outemu silent peach for $27 on ali. These are an upgrade over the 2 overall, but are by no means the cheapest (or the best bang-for buck) prelubed switch.

If you are after linears, i suggest the graywood v4. Should be less than $30 for a pack of 90 on ali.
