        Was a fiend for cholula many years ago.

        To the extent I got over the little bottles and bought 4 x half gallon pump packs from them…took the edge off for a while haha

    Different Chillies. This ones from Mexican peppers whereas sriracha is from Asian chillies. I'd say the heat levels are similar.
