Trying to port back in after porting out to an aldimobile Sim and getting the error listed below.
Email address is same as before, as it's a mother in law that only has one email address. There's an alternate boost/Telstra id email in some Telstra id account recovery but unsure how you'd access that email address for getting access code (she isn't a Bigpond customer)
Anyone had something similar, or any ideas? Currently in the 20min lock out before retrying again stage :)
"It looks like you've already provided your contact details some time back, but the email you entered doesn't match with the one in our records. Try using a different email address or message us for help.'
Try going to the mytelstra login page and click on "recover username".
