      Chicken curry is really good. Haven't tried rendang. What meat do you use with it?

        Typically I will just use chicken breast or thigh and add some extra vegetables too. I'm sure it would be great with beef as well.

            @10101010101: The traditional dish itself is yeah, but ultimately the Tean is just a flavoured paste that can be used with whatever protein (or vegies / legumes etc) you like.

    This is great, legit I just add chopped onions, potatoes, chicken, and at the end add Kara coconut milk, simple as.
