  I was curious about the food safety angle so did a few searches. Couldn't find anything about the radioactive water release potentially impacting water used by Bonsoy etc but did find this which was kinda interesting …long time ago though. https://news.foodsafety.com.au/settlement-offered-in-landmar…

  One might hope that as a result of the above they have better quality control/monitoring in place.

    Old news. They wouldn't risk something like that again. Also, regulations are more strict nowadays. And the ingredients don't include konbu anymore.
