  • Good prices on the machines - Question on warranty and how this is supported Australia wide (if it is?), are these Australian stock, from the Australian distributor? (Jetblack Espresso - Correct me if I'm wrong).
Also, there doesn't seem to be any business details on your website, such as address and ABN.

Hi Dr Mac, Full Australia Wide Warranty, Australian Stock Via Breville,(They have recently bought out the Lelit Brand).Im an authorised reseller and warranty is supported through breville service centres. I roast/operate out of home at the moment, my ABN is 87 352 825 135. Im a small but growing business

      • Thanks for that. You've go the best price on the Bianca I can see at the moment..!

        • +2

No worries ,I honestly just took 20 % off my regular price as that's what the Promo was from Breville and what was passed on to me.

      • Good luck with your business venture OP. Treat the users here well & they'll repay you in spades. Try to deceive them or turn a quick buck and you'll be virtually tarred & feathered. Just some frank advice for your first post, I hope you enjoy lots of success here.

Cheers mate! I’ve seen and used many a great deal on here over the years. Thought I’d share mine. Definitely not out to screw or trick anyone that’s not how I roll!

        • DEACTIVATED

          Well, this aged poorly

  • Cracking prices.

    • +5

I believe in passing on discount when i can, Breville have passed on a wholesale discount to me so ive done the same!

  • Assuming that's the V3 of the Lelit Bianca (for those that may be interested)?

    • +2

Correct the latest model, fresh stock via Breville (who now own lelit)

  • “ Prices are including VAT. Shipping fees may apply.”

    Looks Dodgy

Hey mate, sorry for any confusion, i set the website up using branchbob, its a german based provider like shopify as i have used it previously for another business.(ill mention that to them to fix it) I can assure you im 100 Percent Australian business and an authorised reseller through Breville who now own Lelit. nay questions feel free to ask

wish i needed a new machine, that bianca is looking spicy

  • They are an amazing machine!

  • +2

If I didn't have a Breville Dual Boiler, these would be very very attractive prices. Lelit are great machines!

  • Phwoar, awesome

  • +1

Would love a Mara X but my Anna's still going strong after 10 years.. Would love to see specs on the page too if you plan to post semi regularly OP.

    • Yeah they are such solid machines! I put a link to specs on the Lelit site from my site just to keep it clean, but I will definitely look into adding more details.

  • As a bit of coffee rookie, what do these machines give you over a normal Breville machine?

For reference, I have a BES870. I didn't like the single point of water entry under the shower screen (bought a puck screen, but dont think anything more can be done) and the thing running default at 12 bar (so I added speed control to tame the pump). Interesting to see these show green in the 8- 12 bar range. Ive found 7 - 9 better, which with the BES870 plumbing, is just before the group head.

So it has adjustable temp with PID, custom pre infusion, flow control. What else hides on these? What is the 2 different steam wands for?

    • +1

These really are designed to last, a prosumer brand is probably the main difference. Made in Italy with quality components also. Depending which models you are referencing, the Bianca has a rotary pump, very reliable and near silent, the Bianca the wand on the right is a hot water tap- handy for long blacks. You can run a small event or even a small coffee shop off a Bianca if needed. Feel free to email me if you want more information

      • Brilliant mate, thanks for the insight.
After exploring the inside of the BES, your comments make a lot of sense. No cr@p plastic elbows here and a lot more consistent flow without the default Ulka pump.

  • I have my eye on a lelit mara X, but cannot pull the trigger on the upgrade (from a Gaggia classic) yet. Hopefully this works out for you, and we see you around in the future!

  • Thanks for that. I sure hope lelit has some more promotions from time to time. I plan on being around roasting for a long time. All the best

  • they are decent machines but I found that the spare parts are expensive- maybe that'll change with the breville takeover?

    • Yeah I suspect given breville now owns them that parts should drop a little and become more available.

      • yes, annoyingly found that the machine used all these bits in very custom sizes, which has made the machine uneconomic to repair. would personally choose another brand as a result.

        • Out of interest which parts were overpriced compared to say profitec / ecm / rocket? I own a Lelit Bianca and from what I can tell most parts are relatively standard across these brands, but I haven't had to do any repairs yet.

  • I heard the Bianca takes around 20 minutes to warm up. How long does the Mara X take?

    • +1

The official Lelit data says a maximum of 24mins.

      • A glitch on your website where it shows the Mara X at $1836 for the white, but when you cycle through the colour options the white becomes $1952. Also wish the black was at $1836, would've been an instant buy even though I prefer shorter warm up times on the Micra and BDB.

        • +1

Super sorry about that. I will endeavour to get the glitch fixed. It should default to the stainless at 1836. The cycled prices when selecting the colour are the correct ones. Sorry for any disappointment.

          • @[Deactivated]: Glitch is fixed. Feel free to email if it’s not fixed

    • +1

The Bianca V3 heats up in around 15 minutes, and I believe the brew boiler is ready at about 8 minutes if you're just making espresso.

      • They are nice and quick

  • +1

My Lelit Combi PL042EMI is over 10 yrs old and it's going strong. Occasional small parts have been needed but overall the thing is bulletproof and just keeps doing what it's supposed and that's grind the beans and pulls good shots. Italian quality on display when you lift the lid and peer inside.

    • +1

That was the first Lelit I owned also! Sold me on the brand. It still works after similar time frame. Only upgraded as more coffee drinkers in the house.

  • Hoping there's some stock left in 1-2 days time! I'm away but looking to place an order when I come back from a work trip.

    • Flick me an email when you are back. I’ll keep an eye on the breville warehouse stock!

  • Damn, about 2 months too soon. But if this is a thing now, it'll probably happen again. I'll keep an eye out :)

  • I think the price might have changed. was about to pull the trigger for bianca at $34xx. I might be seeing things but now the price seemed to have gone back to $3835 for Bianca. was this due to the glitch?

    • +1

No. The before price is now jacked to $4,799 from $4,290. I too was considering the Bianca but wanted to hold off till the end of the year.

      • Yeah see comments below I had to do it unfortunately :-(

    • +1

Hey mate yes unfortunately the price has changed. I’ve kicked and screamed as much as I can but my hands have been tied by the importer The EOFY sale has to be based 20 percent off RRP. They have also increased my wholesale price as I’m not offering in house warranty but through them. They had stuffed up here and made an assumption I was doing it myself. They have a tiered pricing structure based on this. I fully apologise for this but they will no longer honour any sold at the lower price from their warehouse. It’s been a mess and I am truly sorry. Happy to chuck in free shipping and an extra bag of coffee or something if that makes up for it in any small way. Once again apologises :-(

      • makes a lot of sense mate

      • appreciate the response but am quite frustrated.

i had the page bookmarked for the mara x which had been listed at 18xx…now it's above 2k.

it can now be found elsewhere cheaper.

        • yea what a bummer. same thing for me

      • +1

Welcome to the coffee store dictatorship where distributors dictate price. You've become another sheep in the flock. You'll struggle to differentiate yourself from others based on identical price, and consumers will logically buy from businesses who have greatest likelihood of being around in 5+ years. Meanwhile, buying from overseas is much cheaper on many machines, even adding in shipping.

I also suggest you familiarise yourself with ACL. You absolutely cannot palm off a customer to the distributor if there's issues - YOU are responsible, even if it is to pass on the machine to the distributor yourself. Your distributors appear to have an "interesting" policy that contradicts it, but you will potentially suffer because of it, not them.

        • +2

Unfortunately they chose to deactivate their account. Feels like I dodged a bullet here :/

          • @m9: wow that was short lived. I'm glad i dodged a bullet here too

        • Interesting re. ACL.

I went to Winning Appliances and asked about the warranty process for LaMarzoccos. They said to just go direct to LaMarzocco themselves as Winnings are just a retailer.

Even the stock gets shipped by LaMarzocco to the buyer.

          • @DDTW: A number of retailers across a number of sectors do it. They'll argue it's better for you to go direct. However https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/problem-with-a-product-or-… spells it out clearly:

Businesses are responsible for resolving problems with products they sell to consumers.
Businesses must not tell consumers to go to the manufacturer for a remedy.

  • I paid $4700 in 2021 for a Bianca V2. $3800 is still the most competitive price on the market right now I believe. Machine is amazing.

  • Did anyone actually jump on this deal and order?
