What kind of regulations stop this but other similar comps are eligible?
No idea. I've never seen NSW excluded before. ACT and SA seem to hit it often as I think they have different laws about running comps without formal approval. NT may be similar, but don't know there.
Yeah, i'm in SA. Always get confused when we are excluded but then the next comp down is eligible
