So after two days MSY Auburn replied by email saying they do have one item on their clearance list that I want. I have to reply to say if I want it within the day. I'm thinking of picking up on Sunday. Is the queue long on weekends?

Best time ive found is either at opening time (first thing in the morning) or mid afternoon (an hour or two before closing)
The dozen times ive been there ive only ever waited 5-10min (pre ordered everything online, so picked up and paid)
Went yesterday just before closing and hardly anybody there at all. Picked up in no time.
MSY seems to be be so disinterested in selling that you wonder how they survive. It took them 2 days to answer my first email query about an item in the clearance list, and then a few more days and one resend before they would give me an order number. Just as well I wasn't in a hurry and knew their reputation.
Most of the time they have no stock of what you want.

i prefer to go to the old premises where pc diy is .. must better customer service over there!
From my experience, it ebbs and flows. Since they moved to the new premises, I haven't had to wait more than 10-15m to get served, most times it's just walk straight up to the counter
