Came here to say the same. Roast date esp is an absolute must.
And why not have the specific flavour descriptors on the bag instead of “sweet” which is very vague.

Absolutely! We're all about exploring the rich flavours of coffee. At our roastery, we blend top-quality single origins to create a wide range of delicious tasting notes for you to enjoy. We believe there should be more tasting notes in a cup of coffee.
Here's a glimpse into our process:
- We carefully source high-quality green beans from various regions across the globe.
- Each single origin is roasted separately, following our precise standards.
- After roasting, we allow the beans to degas for at least 1-3 days.
- We meticulously cup each single origin to assess its taste profile.
- Finally, we blend the coffees according to orders, ensuring a harmonious balance of flavours.
One of our signature blends, Pluto, features Robusta for those who prefer a bold, less acidic taste.
According to our roasters, freshly roasted coffee requires time to settle and degas, resulting in a more enhanced flavours over time. However, it is particularly true for decaffeinated coffee, freshly roasted is king, because the bean's internal structure undergoes changes during the decaffeination process.

We put roasting dates at the back of each bag that we send out to customers. We are sorry that it is not clear in our website. As mentioned before, we will update our website with all the information needed.

Some of these blends have 6 or more tasting notes, a bit crazy really, 2 or 3 is about right.. are you cupping these blends, how do you come up with the tasting notes?
You're also mixing Robusta to some of them which explains why they're espresso with milk only since Robusta is hugely bitter. No info on roast dates or roast levels is not great. Freshly roasted is king for espresso blends because they stale fast.. would be good to see that
