What I find when travelling is some airlines can be quite strict / uninformed.
Since Babyzen Yoyo is the most famous one, the conversation at the airport usually goes like:
1. can that go in the overhead locker? Yes
2. Is it a "yoyo"? No
3. I'm not sure if that one will fit in our airplanes, you may be forced to check in at the gate to cargo.
I have seen some instances on my travel where people were forced to just check it in at the gate if it wasn't a Yoyo didn't even get a chance to "try to see if it fits".
Yep. Yoyo equals free pass. Lol.
@bashar20: Great point! The Yoyo has a name for itself in the airline game. Never been asked to check it in once. Done 20+ flights so far
Yeah, I've experienced this convo and I didn't have a Yoyo. Got denied with some as well.
For us, cup holder is an absolute must have, while we haven't felt the need for the leg rest personally.
Not suggesting that you are wrong - just that it's probably more of a preference thing!
