From Kotobukiya website:

"The creation of this model was headed by sculptor Tsukuru Shirahige, who was in charge of the original sculpt for Kotobukiya’s 2011 PVC Dark Magician Girl figure, which was so popular that it was still in high demand even after a reproduction run!

While faithfully reproducing the proportions of the original character design, the model also maintains a range of articulation using CAD engineering!

With additional face and hands parts, this model can also be posed in a variety of ways to mimic scenes from the series.

As a feature unique to model kits, this model is partially compatible with Kotobukiya's original plastic model kit series, Frame Arms Girl, greatly expanding how it can be posed and enjoyed."

I have bought about 15 Kotobukiya figures, I saw the displays in Japan and they seemed higher quality than the Bandai 30MS displays and far better than other brands - they seem to be inferior to the middle and high end gundams though as they use a softer plastic so avoid using Gundam Markers on them - albeit I have noticed a significant difference in quality between their more recent models - for example Arca Nadea series (very high quality - no water stickers other than spare eyes) to their original Megami Device figures (far lower quality, colouring is less consistent, lots of water stickers)

This is part of one of their newer series and comments suggest no water stickers needed so should be good, but only have limited knowledge to work off.
