One of the Uber One benefits is $5 credit if the Latest Arrival estimate on your order is missed. This has never applied automatically for me, rather I need to raise a support request. A bit shady if you ask me.
If you have Uber One does this credit apply automatically for you or do you also need to raise a support request?
Ubers business model is 'shady' always has been from the start!
I just read this that Uber One users will get a crazy big 'window' for the food delivery so it is never missed.
