I ordered a pizza from PizzaHut on the 23rd of March 2024 using the 80% TopCashBack promo here:

I used the TopCashBack app to make the purchase so they can't say I had adblockers or something enabled. After a few days the order still wasn't tracking so I logged a job for a missing cashback claim. I filled out all the relevant information including the date, order details and an expected cashback of $9.20.
On the 17th of May Shopback had a 70% PizzaHut promo so I took advantage of TopCashBack's:"Highest Cashback Guarantee" policy and logged a claim for it which they accepted.

Last week they got back to me and are now gaslighting me saying that the missing claim I logged on March the 23rd is for the Highest Cashback Guarantee claim I put in on the 17th of May.
Here was their response:

The following cashback insertion has been allocated to your TopCashback account, with respect to this Missing Cashback Claim. Please allow this to progress to ‘Payable’, and when happy to do so, please close this claim.

17 May 2024 $8.14 $11.52
If the cashback amount is incorrect, please reply by posting us a message and we will look into this for you.
I hope that we have been successful in resolving this claim for you."
As you can see the date and amount are dfferent to what I put the claim in for. It sounds like they've done nothing to follow up on my missing cashback claim with Pizzahut and are "resolving" the claim by using another transaction in relation to the Highest Cashback Guarantee claim I put in 2 months later.
Only buy the pizza because you want the pizza. Cashbacks are a bonus not a guarantee.
