To qualify for this ‘free delivery’ offer, you need to spend at least $99 (inclusive of GST, discounts, vouchers and markdowns) on Eligible Tool orders online at Bunnings that meet the Eligible Tool Order Requirements. 2. The offer is provided by Bunnings Group Limited (ABN 26 008 672 179) of Botanicca 3, Level 2, East Tower, 570 Swan St, Burnley, Victoria 3121. 3. A reference to ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to Bunnings Group Limited. 4. A reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ is a reference to the participant in this offer. 5. Bunnings reserves the right at its discretion to add, remove or modify any of the items or conditions set out in the Eligible Tool Order Requirements provided that Bunnings provides at least 5 Business Days’ notice on its website prior to making this change. After a month of the change being made, Bunnings may remove this notice. 12. Bunnings may collect, use and disclose the personal information of participants for the purpose of administering this offer and delivering your products in accordance with the Bunnings Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy - Bunnings Australia 13. Delivery of Eligible Tool orders purchased as part of this offer are subject to Bunnings’ terms and conditions for Click & Delivery – Bunnings Australia. . 14. You can apply for this ‘free delivery’ offer more than once providing it is a separate transaction each time and the Eligible Tool Order Requirements are met. 15. You can add non-Eligible Tools from Bunnings and Bunnings trade websites to the same transaction however the spend on these items will not count towards the minimum $99 spend for this offer and delivery charges may apply. 16. You can add Marketplace and Special Orders to the same transaction, however Marketplace and Special Orders are excluded from this offer and separate delivery charges may apply. 17. This offer is not transferable and cannot be taken for cash. 18. If this offer is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Bunnings, Bunnings reserves the right (acting reasonably) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this offer, as appropriate. Any orders placed before the date of termination or cancellation, will still be eligible for this offer subject to the Eligible Tool Order Requirements. 19. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded (NonExcludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees, Bunnings (including respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of this offer
20. The laws of Victoria apply to these Terms and Conditions. Participants submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Eligible Tool Order Requirements: All the following eligibility requirements must be met: 1. A total spend of $99 (inclusive of GST, discounts, vouchers and markdowns) or more in the one transaction on Eligible Tools online at Bunnings and Bunnings trade websites in Australia. a. Any discounts applied (through PowerPass or otherwise) will impact the transaction value. b. Where tools are marked down or are eligible for the application of Bunnings’ Price Guarantee, the marked down price will be applied for the offer and will impact the transaction value. 2. Only available for Parcel Sized standard delivery in Australia (metro and regional) 3. Eligible Tools as of 7 May 2024, are tools which come within the following categories: • ‘Tools - Hand Tools & Power Tools - Bunnings Australia • Garden Power Tools - Bunnings Australia • Garden Hand Tools - Bunnings Australia and are subject to stock availability. 4. An ‘Exclusion’ as set out below must not apply Exclusions: 1. Tool Kit Depot business is excluded 2. Marketplace business is excluded 3. Free delivery always nice but half the fun is spending like 2 hours and like $800 in the tool shop picking up the one thing you saw on ozbargain and then continue looking at random stuff you’ll only use once but how GOOOD would it be to have one in the workshop at home?!! Dat feel on flexing on the neighbours on both sides who think they are all that with their fancy decked out tool sheds
