Wanted: Assembly Instructions for Gas Lift Bed Frame (OzSale)

Hi all,

We are looking to sell our King size gas lift bed frame as we have just upgraded and we have realised we no longer have the assembly instructions for it to go to the new owner when it sells.

The model we got was the Atlas king gas lift frame in grey fabric with vertical panelled bed head from ozsale. They no longer sell this bed and they have been no help unfortunately.

Hoping someone has these instructions they can photograph for us or send to us. We would be super grateful. šŸ™

maybe a stupid suggestion but what about just taking a few detailed photos and labelling a few zip lock bags? - if its anything like the the artiss/ozplaza ones i'd imagine its all much of a muchness

main frame bolts together with L brackets
middle support bracket with 2-4 screws
    slats on
    gas arms on
    done?

I would say best bet is to contact Ozsale and tell them that you moved and were looking to reassemble but lost instructions.

    • Up, Up and away!

These flatpack gas lift beds are much the same across websites. See if either of these instruction manuals are close enough to use:

  • I would just say in the ad…

If you only have half a brain and/or no common sense then do not buy this bed as the original instruction manual is missing.

on-site assembly service available at extra cost - will settle for handful of mixed loose single darts or slabs (none of that carlton mid garbage though)

Outsource the assembly to Uncle Ian

try to upsell on the premium add-ons like clearing out the pipes or mowing the neighbours lawn

This is why I always backup a pdf of a manual for any device I buy.
They live on my google drive

    • This is the way.

That's just the modern day version of the 3rd drawer in the kitchen.

      • My physical manuals are in the top shelf of the cupboard in the kitchen, but close enough!
I'm actually pretty the 3rd draw was where they were kept when I was growing up

        • You monster. Put them in the 3rd drawer immediately.

mine go in with the random box of cables and assorted fasteners/screws.
will be handed down to my kids as inheritance.

my kids: why couldnt we get money and 69 properties like those other asian kids smh

      • thats where you put tea-towels, hence the company producing tea-towels called '3rd drawer down'

  • New owner would probably turf it straight away

  • Google links to a few PDF's from the manufacturer's website (whose front-end is a broken WordPress site) but I couldn't find any assembly instructions.

However, I found a product catalogue PDF:
    http://www.atlasfurnitureasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09ā€¦

See if you can find your exact bed in that PDF and google the model number because it might be sold under a different brand name. For example, page 10 of the PDF has the model number "AF3564BGL", which when I googled, found this:
    https://puruslife.co.uk/products/sanderson-ottoman-bed

And then I googled the 'new' name + "assembly instructions" and found them:
    https://www.happybeds.co.uk/media/productattachments/files/Sā€¦

See if you can do the same.
