  • used to love this game on my sega saturn, it was the only game that made my playstation mates jealous.
Panzer Dragoon RPG was gold too

    • It's a beloved game so I'm surprised by the lowish metacritic rating (63), did you play the Remake?

      • +2

The reasons why it got such a low score because it wasn't in the best state when it launched but patches have improved upon it since.

        • +3

correct and also i think its a pretty short game, around 75 minutes thereabouts. But for less than a coffee i think thats a worthwhile price

  • Have they fixed the input lag? I tried this soon after release and the game was borderline unplayable.

  • Panzer dragoon is not worth $3.75. I played it through once thinking it had to get better. It didn't. Nothing redeeming about it whatsoever. Few purchases I've ever had left me feeling so ripped off over a few dollars

  • The Saturn version still hits better and is of higher quality production (despite the relatively lower fidelity graphics) than this sub-par iteration - even after the patches.

It’s all in the control/ momentum of said control, emotive of the music insync with the game action + the general polish overall to everything. (You’ve got to wonder how the developers of the remake can screw it so badly when the source material is accessible/ referable)

Between the switch and ps4 version - however - you’re better off with the ps4 version.
