Just wondering whether this a bargain or not. For $229 with a retail price of $699. It's most likely never sold at $699, but it seems decent for what it is. They don't offer much information in terms of specifications on the site though.

http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/78142#comment-999490The makers of the bike have incorrectly fitted the WRONG (and NOT the promised item) front derailleur and as such your are almost certain to experience problems with your gears & this could even lead to premature failure of the bike or even an accident!
The vendor has admitted fault but HAS REFUSED to tell people about this - hence I'm trying to let as many people know as possible.
I have two of these bikes and BOTH have this problem - it affects ATLEAST CX-400 models but maybe others from Progear's range going back several years.
SO PLEASE, read the above thread, check your bike and act accordingly……..please spread the word and place pressure on the vendor to do the right thing and not cover up this breach of their legal obligations!

I would be careful buying from Cycling Express. Customer service is almost non existant. Prices are probably ok but if you have a problem with something they don't respond to your emails.

As a basic rule I'd advise avoiding anything with suspension at this price point. You're just adding weight and potential maintenance issues.
Looks like a damn good price to me! Last I heard, Azzurri make pretty decent bikes…
