    On my read of the comments here to date, no-one has yet received any cards.

    I have just downvoted, and I clicked that button aggressively af.

    Oh also their email says they haven't charged me - utter BS; my card was charged the moment I clicked 'buy'.

    Just received an email at 1:11pm, 'Your order has been canceled', not happy :( 'Unfortunately, we couldn't verify the purchase' not sure why but kinda annoyed considering it is a credit card I use everyday

    Looks like they had a massive lack of stock again.

    Needs to be a warning against this retailer if they have a similar sale in future.

    I ordered 3 cards 2x500 + 1x200 around 1pm yesterday. Got confirmation and cards within 10 minutes. My bank did need to confirm via text for confirmation.

    I've now had two orders cancelled. I paid for the first one with an AMEX and I paid for the second one with a Visa. I've now placed a third order using a MC debit card (and the money has been taken from my account). I suspect this third order too will be cancelled but I wait in hope.

    Another cancelled order email this morning ($200, AMEX via PayPal). Trying again this morning, and initially the discount worked but paying with Apple Pay ‘failed’. Now when I try to put in my card details manually it says “The APPLEATE discount code has already been used”, so I’m guessing it’s officially all over now…

      I just added a $100 Apple gift card to my cart and was able to apply the APPLEATE discount code at checkout.

      I wonder whether you are unable to use the discount code, because of the following clause in the terms and conditions:

      The promotion code can only be used once per customer

    Successfully paid for and received 5 x $500 vouchers this morning at 9:21am AEST. Managed to get the $200 off my $2500 order despite the Ts&Cs stating the $2000 maximum. Order confirmation came through immediately with the 5 separate digital vouchers coming through 1 minute later.

    Paid with ApplePay linked to my NAB credit card.

    Just posting as an FYI as many people seem to be having issues.

        Yep! NAB initially blocked the sale as a fraudulent charge and I confirmed it wasn't by responding to the text message. I processed the sale again and it immediately went through.

    Trying to buy again since the last order got cancelled but getting the 'The APPLEATE discount code has already been used'

    Is anyone having any luck getting around that?

    I had three orders cancelled; the fourth just went through.

    Orders were paid with:
    1. AMEX - cancelled
    2. Visa - cancelled
    3. MC debit - cancelled
    4. Paypal drawing on the same bank account as the MC debit - successful! And the cards were delivered almost instantly.

    It seems those who get a notification from their respective credit card/bank to confirm the sale or not got their gift cards straight away while those who didn’t get a confirmation notification from their bank got their order cancelled.

    Can ppl who got their gift cards confirm this?

      I received notification from my bank and approved the transaction immediately but it was still cancelled. Similar situation when my wife attempted to purchase the vouchers.

      Between both of us we have tried four different credit cards. All the orders were cancelled. This mob are just completely useless.
