  I just tried this, it said the bonus has now ended. Did anyone else try it yet?

Keep an eye out for our forthcoming promotional bonuses and remember, you can register for the bonus as soon as you get our notification, there is no need to wait until the bonus starts. That way, you will automatically earn bonus points as soon as the promotion starts!

  Appears we are not "eligible cardmembers" as stated on the first line of the conditions. Selective marketing campaign. Probably isn't truly expired, just isn't valid for the rest of us.

  I think if you have already subscribed to one of the previous offers - this may not be valid for you (I did the 5 transactions 5000 point offer!)

    I enroled the 5000 pts per every 5 transactions program too, however so far
    have only been rewarded 1 x 5000 pts.

  I got the postcard in the mail as well, and if you read the fine print it says that to be eligible, you must have receive a personalised direct mail.

  Terms and Conditions : "To qualify for this promotion, eligible Cardmembers must regstier with American Express before 12PM (AESDT) 31 December 2008. An eligible Cardmember is one who has received a personally addressed direct mail invitation and registers in the program."

  i haven't got it and i called amex and they said they targeted some people …. so wait for the mail
