        I'll be sure to but I don't think he makes that wine now as it is owned by Accolade Wines - though I'm sure he still keeps an eye on what they're up to. His new label is Corryton Burge - good wines, lovely chap and lovely family. RD :-)

      We expect a full report of the night's wines.

      How is this sparkling RD? Residual sugars look reasonably low but the yanks on vivino say it is sweet.

        Haha. Noted.
        Yes, residual low but not as low as our own Premium Sparkling or sparklings from cooler climates. Lower priced sparkling catering to a broader market.
        Chenin, Chardonnay from memory. Chandon use Chenin as their sparkling wine in India.
        Will appear sweeter than most sparklings but still a dry style. :-)

  pretty much sums it up. It's slightly sweet, very moreish..
