But suitable for people like me, don't usually play any games, playing for nostalgic reasons, gave up earlier due to whatever reason (for me it's the closeness of the camera/zoom, season 4 has fixed it).

I started playing a week ago, it was kinda fun.
With season 4 now it feels too easy, at least my necro build anyway. I'm just mowing through everything, haven/t died once and lvl 30 in 2 evenings on tier 2.
I'm starting to get a bit bored.
So good for a couple weeks.

Getting the game on Xbox pass is definitely the best advise.

Yeah, I doubt I'd come back after this season, one season is plenty unless you're hardcore into the endgame. For me its too much same same.
No real changes in the game, faster leveling and better loot/crafting system. It also means you reach level 100 in 12 hours.
You might as well try Last Epoch or wait for Path Of Exile 2.
Ahh fair enough! I was did enough to buy it on release because of my love of D2 and D3…..
The last game I got ahead of release was cyberpunk 😬

i went back to D3, only thing I prefer about D4 is the mount (horse) for faster travel.
I stopped playing after season 2, some of the equips like barber heart made it too easy… how much has the game changed since then?

I bought this and playing for first time in season 4.
Enjoying it - seems pretty similar to diablo 3 and miles better than Diablo 2.
Got it on Gamepass and putting in some hours. I'm enjoying it, but am also finding it super easy.
D4 is fun and nice until level 50. I loved it!
Then, you push to level 70, and there is nothing new to do.
For AAA game at $109 when first launched, you expect more than 2 weeks of gameplay.
I regret buying it full price on release.

Honestly they should've just made an animated series out of the cinematics and I'd be happy to watch it.
Uber Lilith just didn't seem right (only played season 2)… Made me wonder what the point was.
I enjoyed the campaign though
