Actually if you put 000-0000 in there, then for the other field for island or something put AUSTRALIA then it's all fine. It asks you for the proper address at a later page anyways.
I ordered something a few days ago, but I haven't received a confirmation email or anything. Weird…
I just ordered some light novels, PSP games and a music dvd. Waiting for the store confirmation now, but I did get an automated confirmation straight after I ordered it.
Just note that this offer has LOTS of conditions that you need to satisfy in order to get the free shipping:
- you must buy items with fs01gm in the name
- they all must be from the same order and same store
- you can't mix fs01gm items with non-fs01gm labeled items or shipping isn't free
- you need to enter to take part in the offer
- you need an order of over 10,000 yen
- You need to make the order during the specified dates of 20/11/2012 - 22/11/2012 (meaning anyone that ordered before today won't get free shipping)
You can order from the same store or other stores to get another order with free postage, but make sure you spend over 10,000 yen in the order or shipping isn't free.
I might consider ordering some more considering it's free postage.

I emailed the shop and they didn't reply, so I rang them up and told them the problem in Japanese and they reverted my combined order back to two orders and sent me a confirmation of the orders with a postage quote of 0 yen :)
