They (purevpn) operate from Hong Kong, and they’ve been offering VPN services for over a decade.
Hong Kong now is a very different place than Hong Kong a decade ago. It is a much safer place for China, at the expense of individual freedom and democracy. I have no confidence that purevpn will successfully protect users' data from the National Security Laws and Article 23.

Don’t rate TopCashback at all. None of my purchases tracked through it. Lodged enquiries but no responses as yet. On the other hand cashrewards and ShopBack provide a better experience
