Karrimor, is it still quality?

Hi, I have a few Karrimor jackets, tshirts etc. Quality is ok. I purchased it a few years ago. Looking at reviews online, I get the feeling that the standard has dropped. Apparently, it is owned by sportsdirect now. I need a new jacket for winter, ozsale has crazy sales when it comes to Karrimor.

Question is, is it value for money?

    It was sold by the original owners 20? years ago. If you only bought a few years ago then its likely the quality is the same.

    Karrimor was 'okay' in the 90s. I wouldn't have said that it was particularly great stuff even then. I've seen it recently in racks in outdoors stores, and skip right past it.

    Looking at it now online, they don't even use branded waterproof fabrics for their raincoats.
