    Make a complaint to the council where the shop is located at. Ask to speak to the health environment officer. Email them the interactions and photos.

  When OzBargain had it's Birthday party there … NO one complained about the food or the service …

  Yes admittedly a few orders got mixed up .. but we literally had 2 massive tables and hey … it actually made for some interesting food experiments on stuff we wouldn't have eaten otherwise ..

  Would I return … Yes I would

  OzBargain birthday party is coming up again soon … hopefully we have it here again … so keep your eye out ;)

  Making mistakes is pretty ok. It happens. But not addressing the mouldy bread and staple on food review that was 6 months ago is seriously concerning, because that was not a mistake. That tells me that they decided it's best to not reply, to not publicly apologise and just leave it as is. That's a big Red flag for me.
  I'm confident that majority of the people had great experience, but do to their choice to not address this issue, I would not go

  I've been here, chips and burgers were good
  Hot dogs were gross, bread was super stale and there was just a really weird taste

  But I would go again for the burgers and fries

  It's table service too, so there is big gaps between when you can get food, and half of what we ordered didn't arrive
