I doubt it. Even a full price Glow ticket is still cheaper than zoo day entry.

They close the zoo, prep for the event, then will reopen.
Everyone has to leave the premises, even members.
Members have to pay for GLOW.

It depends if you have kids and their ages, temperament etc. If you have a child with special needs the zoo would be a piece of mind that it’s got boundaries and limited areas.
Families with young children may struggle with the distance between attractions in the city, plus the exhibitions as of late have been more and more contemporary. In the early days, there was heaps more interactivity. Unless im missing a specific part of vivid that’s more suitable for children and families.
