  Kathmandu's RRP are always hyperinflated. They lured me with the discounts initially and I bought a couple of items… Very average quality even with the discounted price.

    Definitely very inflated RRP, however I've been quite happy with most of my purchases from Kathmandu.

    That said most purchases are those at the clearance price. :)

    But, but…..you get a QR code which "helps tell the garment’s story. Scan the code to learn about the design and manufacturing process, materials used, care instructions, and repair information." Surely a link on their website should/could do that, whether you purchase or not? Sigh, marketing has a lot to answer for.

    Don't agree re quality. They have a range, as you'd expect. Best isn't class leading, worst is far from bottom of the barrel, although I don't know why you'd shop at Kathmandu if you're looking for cheap-but-decent-enough gear. Agree with RJ below. In general only buy sale or clearance items, and even then search and compare first.
