    We have actually had this now for a few months at this point. It was bought at the same price last year and we waited around 4 to 5 months delivery. It had gotten to the point of us trying to cancel it where we were assured that a shipment was coming. Anyways gave them the benefit of the doubt and eventually it came and the delivery process was all good.

    Anyways the lounge itself does look nice but is pretty hard and not as comfortable as alot of others are. Although it seems to be looking like it will definitely not wear out and sag like others would too due to this fact.

    The adjustable headrests are a nice and handy feature tho but be warned kids will like to play around with them alot.

    Overall its decently priced and decent itself but hardly worth the delivery wait times. Hope this helps.

      Yes delivery time was one of the major upsets for us. They kept saying they would delivery at a certain period but then kept extending it (for at least 5 times). To a point we wanted to get our money back but then they said it's not their fault and would need to keep 20% of the product price.

    For what it’s worth would not get a chaise again. Grab a sofa plus an ottoman for flexibility.
    Although the corner seat is quite nice.

      I should add I don't own this specific sofa but have a similar sofa configuration. make sure your sofa is modular which will allow you to modify the configuration a little. for example I have a 3 seat, corner, 2 seat. I can change it up to 2 seat, corner, 3 seat or split it up into two seperate sofas but one would be missing arm rests which would look a bit weird.

      actually I didn't think I'd have an issue with space but it seemed when I tried to imagine the empty space of the living room and sofa, I thought I had more space so I opted for the static chaise config. I semi regret it, chaise does look better but sofa+ottoman is more functional, although if my living room was larger like I originally thought it was I wouldn't care as much.
