I received a email from Tangerine that my Voip service is ready to go but they didn't provide the password or sip proxy address and so i called them and they emailed the details.
I put the password and sip proxy address in the voip settings in the ZTE H268A modem and rebooted the modem but it still states it's unregistered and voip is not working has any Tangerine users have this problem?
This is what they sent in the email i have not included the land line number that is the Connection username or password.
