Hi Guys, Heading to the Gold Coast and looking to buy some bulk quantities of quality Lollies, probably Allens, for the best prices. Is Costco or Campbells Wholesale Cheaper? (I have an ABN) Does anyone know what the current price is at Costco and Campbells as their websites don't stipulate. Thanks in advance. :)
Where Is The Cheapest Place to Buy Bulk Allens Lollies on The Gold Coast?

Going there for a holiday. But live in Western QLD.

Do you have a membership? Go in and have a look
Obviously I would if I lived anywhere near a Costco. I live in Western QLD. But thanks for the heads up.
Do you have costco membership access or not? If not, then no point in worrying about Costco pricing unless you want to buy one.
I don't have one. But would buy one if they are the cheapest place to buy lollies from long term. I was hoping that someone with a membership would reply to my post with some relevant info, but seems I may have been too optimistic.

Costco is $60/yr, so depends on how many bags you are going to use it might be cheaper to get it elsewhere.

You do know that means someone needs to go in to the store to see if they even sell this product before they can advise you the price.

Toss me $20 and I'll go into my local Costco and send you all the prices for the bulk lollies.
@JimmyF: And yet here you are wasting your own time answering a question that you never knew the answer to? ;)
@firebucket: And you are wasting everyones time because you're too lazy to google for prices expecting people to do the leg work for you or go into the store yourself.
@JimmyF: Joins forum where people ask for advice, gets offended when people ask for advice.
@firebucket: The answer to your advice is try doing some research yourself. Many places sell these online, have you tried at all? Nah didn't think so.
@JimmyF: The 2 places I actually asked about don't have prices online. But you knew that already right? right?
@firebucket: I actually said that in my question, but you must have missed that.
@firebucket: You do know many other places sell them online, but you knew that already right? right!? Oh you didn't. We'll try some of the other online places.
@JimmyF: I've got those prices. Hence why I didn't ask about that. I was thinking that avoiding postage would be much cheaper if you are wanting kilos of lollies sent through. But of course I'm not telling you anything you don't know.
I've got those prices
Really? Why didn't you put that in your post? Based on your comments to Amazon having them and you hadn't checked out the pricing there, it would appear you haven't done that as claimed.
So why don't you share them for fellow allen lolly lovers?
9 out of 10 dentists recommend Allens

Amazon looks pretty cheap to me for 1kg bags of Allens etc
Maybe check if they deliver out your way - Amazon Prime is great!I can't imagine Costco would be much cheaper?
Thanks. Will check it out
Recently I heard about this place https://www.facebook.com/goldencirclefactoryoutletcapalaba/
No idea if they have Allens but they have a lot of very cheap stuff
Great thanks!
ouch burnnnnnnnnnn
I haven't been into the city for a while, but maybe try to see if there is a factory outlet.
The cheapest candy I found in Oz was at Melbourne CBD Big W with 10kg bags for $5. On GC I would visit What's Cheap at The Pines or Choice at Q Star in Mermaid which has cheap candy. They have 3x packs of Werthers for $3 which are $4.80 at Colesworth.
https://www.choicethediscountstore.com.au/I have bought from Candy Zone Queensland on ebay before. A bit over $100 for 6 × 1-1.5kg bags delivered. Ebay plus coupons normally work.
I can't remember if Costco carry them, but if so the price didn't stick out. Costco can be like that - good prices, but only particularly worth it for special items and regular fuel. That was my take. I went to the city and signed up for hearing aids and glasses 👴😄

But they're also available around Universities and music festivals etcetera.
I used to buy a lot in bulk from Tom's Confectionery Warehouse (https://www.confectionerywarehouse.com.au). They're up in Brisbane, but they do online orders.
Out of curiosity, from where?
