    Thanks for posting, Phalaxis!
If anyone wants a mild chuckle, looks like they've left in the markup/change tracking from the legal team in the Terms & Conditions.

    • Lol - I agree with BG's recommendation.
Maybe that was the lazy way of not putting that suggested clause into the actual T&Cs… but would make for an interesting argument about whether that is valid if disputed and even an intention to create legal relations by final issuing a finalised T&Cs form.

Otherwise, this would happen because sometimes word opens it without the comments visible, but depending on the print to pdf settings, they show up on the PDF. Always check the PDF!

My legal team left me with the great trick last week of issuing a final version of a document they'd only reviewed in tracked changes mode and told me if happy with the changes I could "Save As", to do both a clean version (with all changes accepted for PDF'ing and execution) and tracked version, and send both versions on to the third party for review of the markup and execution of the clean version (then went out of the office)… without switching tracked off themselves to see their handful of tracked changes had totally botched the formatting on much of the document in final form that wasn't evident in that view… sigh - took me ages to fix it now there's all these tracked formatting changes in the document attributed to me that went to the other party when we were supposedly making only a few tweaks and will live on file for years.
