I purchased a Shopback branded gift card, Shopback Kids, from Shopback. I purchased a $1000 voucher to use for another flash sale.
After 40 mins the Voucher has still not come through and it's marked as pending. Any idea how long I will need to wait for this?
I would have thought being a Shopback branded voucher it would be near instantaneous.

Honestly any other branded card arrives in a minute or two max. I was hesitant about trying a Shopback one. Lesson learned.

I purchased $3K of JB cards on Shopback the other day and they came straight away
Reading some more into this it says the voucher must be redeemed for another voucher of same value, and not all retailers accept all denominations. It then lists the retailers and none of them accept $1000. Target is listed twice.
Maybe I broke shopback.

I've been waiting since last night too for my SuperSwap card to move from Pending to Confirmed.
Normally pretty much instant. I've never had to wait overnight before…
14 hours and it was complete. Asked for a refund and was told no. Total crap experience.

If you make it to 24 then you're probably going to be in a better position to have it refunded than I was
