i placed the order for two games including Batman Arkham City ($12)on last monday. however, i have not received anything from them. the order confirmation emails said the delivery would take 2-5 days. today is the fifth day.
anyone else already received the games?
Yep, got mine but was an old floor stock going by the quality of the case (no secrety strip or shrink wrapped) but at the price paid it was a good buy.

Nope, ordered Monday and still waiting here too. Not impressed at all by the service and will never be shopping with them again, they will not even reply to their emails.
i read the order confirmation email again. it seems to me that an email with the invoice attached should be sent to me too. however, i have nt received the invoice yet.

FWIW I ordered last Monday and received no futher updates. I called on Friday and was promised a callback which didn't happen. I called back today and was told that there was an issue with the online ordering system (more like HN incompetence) and my order was being handled by my local store (Auburn).
I was told orders were to be sent out tomorrow, but I went in and picked up my order today.
Just called Harvey Norman in Auburn about my order. They claim that there was a huge demand and there is a backlog. They assured me that my order would be dispatched within a few days. After 2 bad experiences already with HN online I am guessing that they forgot to post it.
Bear in mind my brother received his already (ordered to the same address at exactly the same time).
