Received an SMS yesterday for 40% off and free meal.

"Try our new Spicy Buffalo Chicken meal! Use NEW40 for 40% off & 1 free meal for the first 99 customers.”

Received another SMS on 10 May for 40% off and free meal. This "first 99 customers offer" has been extending weekly on Thursday.

The free meal won't show on checkout but should be included in your box when you receive it, however I would suggest putting in the notes/delivery instructions "Please don't forget free meal".

Muscle Diets are a meal delivery company similar to MyMuscleChef, Thr1ve, YouFoodz. Pretty plain packing, limited selection of meals, but might be worthwhile to try for 40% off if you haven't already. They do have the option to select regular (300g) or large (400g) meals. Large is $1 extra.

  Don't forget referral link to effectively negate the delivery fee. So $60 for 10 meals or $6 each, not bad to try.

  Just got 15 large meals for 87.50 using code + referral for 5.83333333/meal. Pretty good!
  Have ordered with them in the past, good enough-to-good quality.

  Meals are pretty decent. Heaps better than YouFoodz in terms of taste, quality and portions

    I actually preferred YouFoodz but maybe I chose the wrong meals.
