Same with me. Made the mistake of buying a second one after running the Neo for 2 weeks and surprising about how they have evolved since the old robo vacs from 10 years ago. But after 1 month i started having issues with the maps, basically you need to re create the map once a months.
Yes the only thing that is working perfect are the ads!!! Support in Australia is quite good, you can talk with real people very easily, but then the cannot do anything about the software.
The most annoying this is the congratulation message saying you have set a virtual boundary, set the cleaning order, etc, as it was the first time, even when you have already done it 20 timesWaiting for them to die, so i can by a Roborock
Just bought a t20 omni and i’m also thinking of returning it. It’s a stupid robot, vacuuming randomly. It would sometimes just stay at 1 area for a very long time. It would also return to the station even if it has not mop cos the floor is mostly carpet. Waste of money. My lubluelu does a better job.
My X1omni works very well.

Ive got an ecovacs and am thinking to return it, stupid thing keeps losing network connection and the app stops working, i get ads working fine tho…
