All I know is that plastic waste is bad for the environment
Why?
@citybargainhunter: That just talks about pollution. Not about why plastic is bad.
@jv: Fish eat plastic, people eat fish.
@jv: They don't. The plastic waste comes from rivers and beaches. In fact, majority of plastic waste come from a small number of countries.

The plastic waste comes from rivers and beaches.
How do rivers and beaches produce plastic?
@jv: Not sure how to answer that as the answer seems pretty obvious. I can only assume all these questions are leading somewhere?
the answer seems pretty obvious.
Just trying to understand how plastic is the problem and not littering ???
@jv: It is littering and recycling, or the lack of, especially in poorer countries.
Wws Cole’s ones are 2bucks for 2L
Better than this one
All of kid wearing are washed only one day wear, it is not heavy soiled
Put triple amount of detergent, it would be good and still save money
Not sure if that much sud is good for the washing machine.
Also, is it good for the environment?
all of detergent does not contains phosphorus at the moment, I reckon
That was a tongue in cheek kind of question.
But yeah I used to buy the cheapest laundry detergent I could find in Coles, but I've stopped doing that now, mainly due to improvement of my financial situation.
@citybargainhunter: I may rely on buying cheap detergent to improve my financial condition
@hgaoxhgaox: Completely understand, I used to be in the same boat. These days I mainly try to focus on improving the quality of life. If by spending extra $50-100 a year my clothes are cleaner and smell fresher, it'd be worth it.
Finally, a pressie for mother's day
Where did she hurt you?
In the playground, being teased by the other kids for my smelly clothes
This or 1/2 price OMO at Coles, $14/2 litres, ending today?
Depends on the Omo. Cold Power is one of my personal favourites.
Warning: this does not have the HE or F&T icons on the packaging.
On the label at the back, it says "Suitable for top and front loader".
"Suitable for top and front loader".
What about "side" loader?
And "bottom" loader
Good catch. Although it's worth noting that I find that non-HE detergents cause too much sudsing.
This product somehow has horrible reviews on Product Review
It would be nice to see who is doing the negs on the comments.
Or who checked you out on your fb/ig profile recently.
