Hi, I sent an email through their ticket support for warranty claim.
They responded and asked for more details and troubleshoots. Did that and they said a senior team will be in contact. It's been 3 weeks now and no one has replied. I followed up with the first support every week. No reply as well.
Bought it from Costco. I told Costco about this and they told me to contact Eufy first. If I don't get anything I'll just return it to Costco.
But anyone have any experience with them? I bought 4 pack and don't want to return to Costco because that would mean dismantling and returning everything, when I only need one camera to be replaced.
UPDATE: They have replied a couple hours after posting this. They said they had a higher number of inquiries. A replacement is now on the way and tracking would be provided once it's been sent.
Not yet, but yours doesn't sound the best so far.
What issue do you have with the camera?
Might be this, just return it and buy a new one.
