Lousy auto fill. Covid
It says River in title!?
45mm diameter straight up rules this one out for me. Otherwise, pretty striking.
Agreed. Wouldn’t hesitate if this was 40mm.
Here's a 40mm diver with Seiko auto GMT, 200m, sapphire etc for well under $300 delivered:

Mineral crystal.
can the strap be switched out for a dark grey steel one?
I'd say so
Good stainless bracelet starting $100. I can only recommend local seller through private message. Overseas well known retailers charge $us20 for postage
If you mean the grey/black PVD i have both 20/22mm FREE
This one looks pretty cool $339 - https://starbuy.com.au/bulova-automatic-96a187/
This watch is confusing.
It's marketed in a way that it sounds like a diving watch with a marine name, screw down crown and 200m water resistance.
But it has no rotating bezel for timing of dives. Has an open heart section that covers the secs sub dial, which mind you is tiny and pointless as its too hard to see if used under water. The case design leans towards a higher end dress / sports watch.
The dial is noisy with stuff every where which will be hard to read in a hurry. and roman numerals for diving use is one of the dumbest ideas ever.
this watch is trash tbh.
I thought the same initially, but I don't think they are claiming it's a dive watch. In fact, if you check the specs page on Starbuy it's listed as a dress watch. Begs the question: what's in a name? Because if it were called anything else, your line of thinking doesn't even occur. ONLY THING that is a bit weird is the bright orange silicon strap. That is very "dive watchy".
Also Starbuy Weekend Sale and the Stardeal.
Is there any point in 2024 to buy watch that can't change watch faces?
I looked my face in the mirror every morning and it was not changing. Yet I am doing fine.
At first glance, I thought it was Patek Philippe Aquanaut chrono!
What was this civic you speak of?
