I live alone and find grocery shopping for one extremely daunting. So I’ve been wanting to try out a meal kit delivery service. Both Dinnerly and EveryPlate fit my budget. Any thoughts or experiences with either of them (delivery, food quality/ quantity, etc)? What are the best dishes that I should try from each?

Why not just do hello fresh and Marley spoon and alternate between the 2? I do and I do a couple weeks hello fresh at a discount, then Marley spoon sends a discount and I go with them and keep doing this continuously. So far after many many months I’m yet to pay full price for a box of food
I have run out of combinations for tweaking my address. My last attempt was rejected. How did you solve that problem?
I don’t keep tweaking my address. I just pause or cancel my hello fresh account and then use Marley spoon, after a couple weeks hello fresh will email me a code for X% of next 2 or 4 boxes then I cancel Marley spoon and eventually Marley spoon do the same. I have an account for each, and my partner has an account for each (so 4 in total) and never had an issue. We also order the bigger box of 5 meals for 2 people so I find that account settings gets more discounts vs 1 person 4 meals etc
Colesworth delivery options might fill some gaps?
I use both of them. Switch between them when they offer discounts, usually 20-30%. They are very much the same now that Dinnerly include garlic, tomato paste and printed recipe cards. Dinnerly definitely have a better range of meals in my opinion. Everyplate tend to have the same recipes more often than Dinnerly.
What are the best dishes that I should try from each?
That depends on your personal preference. I usually have one chicken dish, one beef/pork and one vegetarian.
Do you have to cancel before they send out the discounts? If so, how long is the wait?
