The power bank has about 19Wh. (depending on exact nominal voltage.)
Assuming the battery is the correct capacity, and it has reasonable efficiency, then I would I expect 13Wh or less to make it into the phone.
So maybe one full charge for a phone with a small battery (like an iPhone 15)
But an iPhone 15 Pro Max, or most flagship Android phones would get about a 0.8 charge at most.
1A and 2.4A outputs. Not the fastest out there but for $12 its pretty good!
buy 3 and use the ebay plus $5 off voucher, $31 for 3 = $10.33ea
